What you should pay attention to:
1) Ensure that your request for returns is made within the specified time period which 7 days after the delivery.
2) Ensure the product is returned without any damage.
3) Make sure the apparel you’re exchanging is used only for trial and is not be washed, ironed or tampered with in any way.
4) When returning the product/s for exchange, ensure nothing is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories what were shipped to you.
What are your exchange options?
You are welcome to exchange the item for the same product in a different size and/or color.
Note: exchange is available only for the fit problem or if there is any color option. There is no exchange policy for disliking the product. If the product seems to be different then what is show in the picture then the product can be exchanged.
